Message While its true that you can drive around the "problem" by keeping the revs up while downshifting, if you let a friend drive your car he will CONSTANTLY stall it when slowing down quickly because they just disengage the clutch and let the RPM's drop and the car stalls right away.

I have Apex'i BOV's in my car and its an annoying problem. I'm consider switching back to recircs, or getting a AFC to compensate for the ultra-rich condition. I did try tightening the spring but you'll never get it perfect - by boosting really hard (17PSI) and letting off and let the revs drop, it will stall.

Ahh, all for the "nice" noises...
